The Ministry of Internal Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science initiated and organized visit of the pupils of Tbilisi Public School N43, Chokhatauri Public School N1 and Kobuleti General Mazniashvili Boarding School to Tbilisi and Batumi bases of the Special Tasks Department of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center within the framework of the informative-educational project “Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools".
The representatives of I Tbilisi Special Tasks Division and Adjara Special Tasks Division respectively in Tbilisi and Batumi introduced to the pupils daily routine of the conscripts and showed them around their accommodation, classrooms, gymnasium, library and training area. The pupils were informed about the theoretical and practical aspects of trainings.
In the framework of the program the armored vehicles, various kind of weapons and equipment located at the bases of the Special Tasks Divisions were especially exhibited for the pupils. The representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided comprehensive answers to the questions of the pupils. The informative-educational campaign - “Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools"- is aimed at enhancing public awareness of the youth.
