Four Border Police employees have already left Ghudushauri Clinic, where they have undergone all necessary examination procedures. Fortunately, none of them had any injuries. Their lives are not in danger.
Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili has already had a telephone conversation with the Border Police pilots. Prime Minister expressed his gratitude towards the pilots for their professionalism, performed work and wished them full recovery.
At the clinic pilots were met by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Davit Vardiashvili and Minister of Health, Davit Sergeenko, who received detailed information on their health condition.
Border Police helicopter made an emergency landing in the water reservoir of Gujarula River, while taking water for fire-extinguishsing activities. The crew members – 3 pilots and participant of the operation were transported by the ambulance to Ghudushauri Clinic, located in Tbilisi.
