The officers of Border Police investigative –operational Bureau along with Akhaltsikhe division of the Land Border Defense Department, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained two Turkish citizens for illegal crossing of the state border in group.
Investigation established that detainees illegally crossed Georgian-Turkish border by avoiding the BCP control.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal crossing of the state border, article 344, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
