Tbilisi Police Main Division along with Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained V.L. (DoB 1973) in Tbilisi for premeditated murder
Investigation established that on August 10 detainee inflicted lethal injury to G.P. (DoB) on the basis of conflict, which took place in his own apartment. After the crime, detainee fled from the apartment. Due to the sustained traumas the victim died at the place of crime.
Law enforcers managed to detainee V.L. as a result of immediate operative activities. Policemen also seized the weapon of crime.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
