Investigation-operative Main Division of Border Police Coast Guard Department detained ship BERRA G sailing under the flag of Comoros on the charge of violation of the navigation rules.
Captain of the mentioned ship was charged according to the Code of Administrative Offences of Georgia, Article 114 prima, Part I and was imposed Gel 50 000 fine in favor of the state budget. The ship was allowed to sail unrestricted after the captain had paid the imposed fine.
