The officers of the Investigational and Operative Main Division of the Border Police along with the officers of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, as a result of operative and investigative activities detained Otar Kh. (DoB: 1995) in Sarpi on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and illegal import to Georgia of drugs in especially large quantities.
The law enforcers during the detainee`s personal search seized 21 pills of drug and a piece of a pill containing 0,1753 gr. of buprenorphine. The expertise established that at the moment of detention Beka L. was under the influence of drugs.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and illegal import to Georgia of drugs in especially large quantities (Article 260, part VI and Article 262, part IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
