The officers of Patrol Police Department of Achara Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities detained Bachana Ph. (DoB 1991) for illegal purchase, keeping and illegal transit of drugs in especially large quantities at Sarphi border checkpoint.
Law enforcers seized 1 package of narcotic substance that, according to expertise results contains 0,343 gr. of heroin. Drug test revealed that the detainee is a consumer of heroin.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and illegal transit of drugs in especially large quantities. (Article 260, part I, subparagraph “A” and article 262, part I, subparagraph “A”.)
