Rescuers of the Emergency Situations Management Agency of MIA have conducted successful rescue operation as a result of which 46 year old Serbian tourist was saved.
Operative Response Center 112 received information that on Lomisa ridge 4 tourists were trapped in avalanche, due to which one of the received injuries.
As soon as the report was received MIA rescuers departed to the place on helicopter of the Border Police along with medics. The injured person was rendered medical aid on the ground. He was transported to the Gudushauri national Medical center.
