Within the framework of European Police College (CEPOL) exchange program representative Italian Ministry of Interior for Public Security department, office for coordination and planning of police forces visited Georgia. The aim of the visit is to share experience on International law enforcement cooperation. During the meeting issues of project coordination, international law enforcement cooperation and reforms within the Ministry were discussed.
Within the framework of the visit meetings with the representatives of International Relations Department, Reforms and Development Agency, Police Academy, National Central Bureau of Interpol, Regional cooperation of Central Criminal Police, etc.
Since 2013, Employees of MIA are actively taking part in CEPOL Exchange programs and visiting different member country Law Enforcement representatives in order to share experience on topics like: Cyber Crime, Migration, Trafficking, Police training system, etc.
