The representative of the Special Tasks Department of MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center Mr. Levan Oshoridze participated in the NATO “Counterinsurgency Course”, which took place at NATO Peace Support Operations Training Center (PSOTC) in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The training course was conducted by experienced NATO experts. The program included theory as well as practical exercises. The participants had the opportunity to be introduced to the doctrines and principles of the NATO Counterinsurgency Operations. The students faced simulated complexity of counterinsurgency setup and had to tackle various types of problems during the training.
International students from 12 countries were presented from different branches with variety of experiences.
