International scientific conference “Constitutional State against Global Threats” at MIA Academy was solemnly opened at MIA Academy by rector of MIA Academy Nukri Gelashvili, Deputy Minister of Justice Aleksandre Tabatadze, Juan Luis Perez Franches- head of Constitutional Law Department at Barcelona Autonomous University as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Law Studying Institute and Dean of law faculty of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University- Irakli Burduli.
The conference was attended by the officials of MIA Academy, analysts and academic personnel of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Autonomous University of Barcelona, the University of Miguel de Cervantes and Spanish Law Studying Institute.
Analysts and professors of Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of Miguel de Cervantes also attended the conference. At the conference issues connected with organized crime, cybercrime, Modern society's geostrategic security, public and private, Compatibility of Public and Private Security, Administrative functions of urban police. At the end of the conference Madrid Nebrija University master’s program presentation will be held.
