The Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of psychology was signed in the Academy of MIA between the Ministry of Defense, Special State Protection Service, Crime Prevention Center, Penitentiary and Probation Training Centre (PPTC), Training Center of Justice, State Agency for Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation, Davit Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia and Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
The Memorandum signing ceremony along with the senior officials of the above mentioned agencies was attended by Mr. Shalva Khutsishvili, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Levan Izoria, the Deputy Director of the State Security Service and Mr. Anzor Chubinidze, the Head of Special State Protection Service.
The Memorandum aims at sharing the existing experience between the parties, joint implementation of future searching activities, as well as strengthening and development of relations in this direction. The parties to the Memorandum shall: establish a working group; develop and implement joint projects; participate and assist existing and ongoing projects; communicate information and research resources, as well as create and update joint scientific and practical research outcomes base.
