The officers of Tbilisi Bureau of Interpol, along with migration control division “Sarpi” of the Patrol Police Department, as a result of jointly held activities detained Turkish citizen K.Ch while crossing Georgian state border. The mentioned person was wanted worldwide beginning from the current year.
K.Ch. is accused of professional swindling committed in group, articles 263 I and V parts of the Criminal Code of Germany.
At this moment pre-extradition procedures are underway against the detainee. In connection with the vehicle of the detainee with which he attempted to cross Georgian state border, investigation is conducted by Achara division of the Patrol Police Department.
