The officers of Borjomi police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti police department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained Famil B. (DoB 1978) for illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearms and ammunition while traveling from Bakuriani to the direction of Borjomi.
During the searching activities held the vehicle policemen seized “Makarov” pistol, with one cartridge and 7 bullets. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the criminal Code.
