The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-investigative activities Pore B. (DoB 1986) was detained in Varketili district, Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and ammunition.
During the searching activities seized in detainee’s house law enforcers seized unregistered pistol with one cartridge and 197 bullets. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of Illegal firearm and ammunition, article 236, II part, sub-paragraph II of the Criminal Code.
