As a result of the operative-investigative activities the officers of the Ajara Detectives division previously convicted Turkish citizen Omer I. 9DoB 1953) was detained as well as Usub T. (DoB 1949) and Georgian citizen Leila K. (DoB 1973) was brought to justice for providing lodging to prostitution.
Investigation established that detainees provided lodging to prostitution at the hotel and disco bar temporarily owned by them, in return for certain amount of cash. Law enforcers already interrogated female workers of the mentioned facilities.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
