The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained B.E. (DoB 1970) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the search activities held in detainee’s house law enforcers seized 2 Nagan revolvers with 13 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
