The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained A.L. (DoB 1976) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm and ammunition.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized Tip 54 model pistol and 8 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
