The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained N.A. (DoB 1988) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition.
As a result of the searching activities held in detainee’s vehicle and apartment law enforcers seized unregistered Kalashnikov automatic weapon, 2 unregistered hunting rifles, TK pistol, „ИЖ-78-7,6“ pistol, „СПШ“ signaling pistol, 8 magazines, 285 bullets and 1 handmade bullet.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
