The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained previously convicted and currently on probation G.G. (DoB 1982) in Gldani settlement for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held din detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized “ERMA WERKE EP 882“unregistered pistol and 12 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
