The officers of the Kvemo Kartli Regional Division of the central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained Giorgi P. on Vazha Pshavela Avenue, Tbilisi for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
During the personal search of the detainee police seized Nagan type revolver with 7 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
