The officers of Mestia division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained T.K. (DoB 1955) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 25 bullets, 3 magazines and unregistered Makarov pistol.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition article 236, III part of the criminal code.
