The officers of Old Tbilisi division of Tbilisi Main Division of Mia as a result of investigative activities held in Tbilisi detained Erekle G. (Dob 1991) and Giorgi ch. (Dob 1992) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and armament.
The law enforcers as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Erekle G. at Gudauri street, as well as Giorgi Ch. at Kostava street. During the personal search of Erekle G. the law enforcers seized unregistered “TT” system pistol with one cartridge and six bullets, while from the another detainee were seized unregistered “Makarov” system pistol with one cartridge and seven bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, I and II part of the Criminal Code.
