The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department, as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information, detained G.K. (DoB 1990) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearm and ammunition.
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized “Makarov” pistol with two magazines and 15 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearm and ammunition, article 236, Ii and III parts of the Criminal Code.
