The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained three persons for robbery committed in group with a prior consent. The detainees are as follows: J.Ch. (DoB 1980) DQ. (DoB 1989) and G.G. (DoB 1986).
Investigation established that on September, detainees robbed Russian citizen A.KH on Aleksidze Street and fled from the place of crime. All of the detainees were taken under arrest in Tbilisi. As a result of the personal search and searching activities held in detainee’s house, law enforcers seized part of the sum illegally appropriated from the victim, in particular: 3550 USD, 700 EU, and 550 GEL.
Detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery, article 178, III part, sub-paragraph A and D and part IV, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
