The officers of Kobuleti police division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Nodar Kh. for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms. The detainee was taken under arrest in the village off Tchakhati, Kobuleti district.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized AKC automatic weapon with two magazines and 75 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
