The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted for murder- Valiko M. (DoB 1970) at Tbilisi International Airport for being a thief in law. Investigation established that Valiko M. is a well-known figure in the criminal world. He admits that is a thief in law. Investigation is in progress on the charges of being a thief in law, article 223, II part of the Criminal Code.
