The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department as a result of the operative-investigative activities exposed 4 persons: Davit A. (DoB 1978) Giorgi E. (DoB 1966) Amberki P. (DoB 1986) and Gocha E. (DoB 1969). The mentioned persons were exposed for illegal utilization and processing of wood and for violating essential requirements of the wood processing mill.
In Borjomi and Adigeni regions law enforcers docked down wood processing mills owned by the exposed persons. Policemen also seized illegally cut wood.
Investigation is in progress under the article 128 (2) and 128 (3) envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
