The officers of Zugdidi police division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained S.Ch. (DoB 1988) for illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the search activities held in detainee’s vehicle law enforce s seized AK 74 automatic weapon with 7 bullets and magazine.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts Code.
