The officers of investigation-operative main division along with land border defense department, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained two Cote d’Ivoire and two Ghana citizens forattempting rocross the state border illegally in group.
Investigation established that detainees attempted to cross state border to the direction of the Turkish Republic by avoiding border crossing point clearance.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted crossing of the state border illegally in group, article 19-344 II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
Investigation is conducted by investigation-operative main division of the border police.
