Ninotsminda polide division along with Samtskhe-Javalketi police department as a result of jointly hed operative-searching and investigative activities detained six persons: M.M. (DoB 1993) M.J. (DoB 1995) U.J. (DoB 1995) A.V. (DoB 1994) P.A. (DoB 1993) and G.U. (DoB 1998).
Investigation established that in September-October period of the current year the mentioned persons committed 6 facts robberies in villages of Ninotsminda region. Detainees robbed grocery stores, ATM machines stealing money and cigarettes. It was also ascertained that detainees robbed one of the branches of the bank located in the building of the public center of the House of Justice, stealing cash and plastic cards.
During the searching activities held in detainees’ houses police seized stolen items as evidences.
All of the detainees have pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery, article 177, II part, A and B sub-paragraphs and II part of the same article, sub-paragraph A envisaged by the Criminal Code.
