The officers of Kareli division of Central Criminal Police Department, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained resident of Gardabani, Givi T. (DoB 1970) for illegal keeping of armament and explosives.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s garage law enforcers seized 26 bullets for AKM automatic weapon, 2 bullets of AKC automatic weapon, 11 hand-grenade detonators of 10 capsule-detonators of trotyl and ammonium, automatic rocket launcher AGC, 475 gr of trotyl and etc.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal keeping of armament and explosives, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
