The officers of Rustavi Police Division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Division under MIA as a result of investigative activities based on operative information detained previously convicted for attempted murder Gaian G. (DoB 1986) resident of Tbilisi for illegal purchase, keeping and selling drugs on Rustavi-Tbilisi highway, in vicinities of Phonichala.
Investigation established, that the detainee illegally sold 0,028 gr. of narcotic substance heroin.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs. (Article 2260, part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.)
