The officers of Ninotsminta and Akhalkalakai police stations of Samtskhe-javakheti Regional Main Division, as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities revealed Guram P. (DoB 1985) Setrak S. (DoB 1957) Martin S. (DoB 2004) AAArmen K. (DoB 2003) Arzuman S. (DoB 1959) and Asagi M. (DoB 2002) for stealing.
Investigation established that the above mentioned persons stole different items from the railway facility under construction as well as from Dadeshi village railway station and caused material damage in large quantities to “Polat Oil Iapi” “Arzen Shat Service” and “Demiriolservice” LTD.
During the searching activities held in the houses of the aforementioned persons law enforcers seized stolen items. They have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, I part of the Criminal Code.
