The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Tariel O. (DoB 1947) for premeditated murder
Investigation established that detainee inflicted two lethal injuries with a hunting rifle to Giorgi O. on the basis of conflict. Due to the received injuries the victim died at the place of crime. The weapon of murder was seized by the law enforcers. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
