The officers of Ozurgeti police divisison of GUria Regional Main Division as a result of operative activities held on the basis of the received report, several rimes convicted Giorgi K. (DoB 1989) for the attempted stealing.
Law eneforcers detained Giorgi K. in Ozurgeti when he attempted to commit a theft in one of the houses located in Ozurgeti. Investigation established that detainee broke the lock of the door and penetrated the house and thus managed to illegally appropriate various items from the house.
During the personal search police seized jewelry and mobile phone. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph C of the Criminal Code.
