The officers of Chokhatauri police division of Guria Regional Main Division as a result of searching and investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Jumber G. Guduti village on the fact of stealing.
Investigation established that detain damaged the roof of one of the stores located in Chokhauauri, managed to penetrate the building and stole various and 250 GEL and left the crime scene.
Jumber G. was detained four days later after the crime took place. the stolen items were seized as evidence by police. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
