Officers of Kobuleti Regional Division of Adjara Main Division, the MIA, as a result of the operative-investigational measures, detained Roman K – D.o.B.: 1988, previously convicted, currently sentenced to probation – on September 9, this year in Memed Abashidze str. Kobuleti.
The law enforcers seized 2 pills, a piece of a pill and loose narcotic substance during the personal search of the detainee. The examination showed the seized materials contained 0,024 gr. of Buprenorphine.
The investigation is in progress over the crime of illicit purchase- keeping of drug (1st part of the article 260, the Criminal Code of Georgia).
