The officers of Ozurgeti police division of Guria police department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained previously convicted N.D. (DoB 1985) in Ozurgeti for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized unregistered pistol and 3 bulletsas evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
