The officers of Ozurgeti police division of Guria Regional Main Division of MIA detained previously convicted Badri M. (1990) in Ozurgeti for illegal purchase and keeping of ammunition.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized 6 bullets aimed for various types of weapons.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of ammunition, article 236, II part envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
