The officers of the Main Division for Combat Illegal Circulation of Drugs of the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA as a result of operative-searching activities detained R.G. (D.o.B.: 1975) for illegal purchase-storage and sale of drugs in especially large quantities.
The investigation established that R.G. sold the drugs to a citizen. During the personal search of the detainee and his apartment the law enforcers seized 0,4773 gr of heroine packed in 3 packages and 7 pills of “tramadol”. The law enforcers seized the money obtained in the result of realization of drugs. The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, storage and selling of drugs in especially large quantities (Article 260, part III and sub clause “a” of the I part of the same article of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
