The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of searching and investigative activities held on the basis detained previously convicted for drug crime Elshad P. (DoB 1982) for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs in Ponitchala.
Investigation established that Elshad P. managed to sell drugs in large quantities. Law enforvers seized heroin in large quantities. During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized cash received as a result of drug dealing. Investigation also ascertained that detainee sold drugs on the regular basis.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs, article 260, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
