The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained N.N. (DoB 1974) in Ponitchala for drug –related crime.
During the personal search of the detainee and search activities held in his house, law enforcers seized 43 packages of the drug substance, which will undergo expertise.
Investigation established that detainee sold drugs on the regular basis. Law enforcers seized 3 packages of the drug substance as evidence, which was sold by the detainee.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of selling the drugs, article 260, IV part of the Criminal Code.
