The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Russian citizen Konstantine D. (DoB 1948) at Tbilisi International Airport for illegal purchase, keeping and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search police seized drugs and psychotropic substances, which according to the results of expertise contains 2,4344 gr of methadone 0,3410gr of cocaine and 0,8655gr of heroin, 8,4 gr of psychotropic substance and 28 capsules of “Lirika” drug as well as 2,77gr of marijuana.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities (article 262 and article 260 III part sub-paragraph A as well as article 261, III part) of the Criminal Code.
