The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department along with border migration unit of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Patrol Police division as a result of operative-searching activities detained the citizen of the Russian Federation A.Zh. (DoB 1987) for the drug-related crime.
Investigation established that detainee sold various types of drugs through internet. He received drug orders through internet and delivered drugs in various districts of Tbilisi.
During the personal search of the detainee and residence law enforcers seized 187,9236 of cannabis, 2kg and 399,53 gr of the so called “Bio” drug.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping, import and the attempted selling of drugs, article 260 II and VI parts, sub-paragraph A and article 19-260 of the Criminal Code.
