The officers of Telavi police division of Kakheti police department as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities detained G.DZ. (DoB 1995) for the premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on the basis of the conflict G.DZ. fired twice from the shot gun to the direction of his co-villager V.S. (DoB1989) and fled from the place of crime. the victim died before he was transferred to the hospital.
as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities law enforcers managed to detain G.DZ. several hours later in Kondoli village. Police also seized the weapon of crime- unregistered shot gun as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
