The officer of Tbilisi police department and Kvemo Kartli police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities Manuchar M. (DoB 1979) was detained in Rustavi who was wanted by Gldani-nadzaladevi police division from 2011 for premeditated murder.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized AKC automatic weapon with 5 cartridges and 165 bullets.
Investigation established that on March 2011 detainee murdered V.B. with a firearm on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and premeditated murder, article 108 and 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
