The officers of Tbilisi police department, Didube-Chughureti police division and patrol police as a result of jointly held immediate activities detained Ioseb V. (DoB 1980) for premeditated murder.
It was established that on January 15 detainee murdered Zaza Q. (DoB 1986) with a hunting rifle on the basis of conflict. The murder took place in the entrance of the living block. Due to the wound inflicted in the chest area the victim died at the place of crime.
Ioseb V. was detained several minutes later at the place of crime. The weapon of murder was seized by police as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
