The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities detained Avtandil Kh. (DoB 1963) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that Avtandil Kh. during the conflict that aroused on the basis of indebtedness inflicted injuries in belly area with a cold steel to Meri A. (DoB 1960). Due to the received injuries the victim died at the place of crime.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is I progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division.
