The officers of the detectives division of the Tbilisi Police Department along with Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division, as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained G.R. (DoB 1991) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that being undere the influence of alcohol, detainee inflicted injuries with a cold steel to his neighbor – N.Z. (DoB 1945) who was also under the influence of spirits, on the basis of conflict. Due to the received traumas the victim died at the place of crime.
Law enforcers managed to detain G.R. several days later after the crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the criminal Code.
